1 Introduction & Scope of Services

PTK99 is an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of gaming services, including online casino, sports betting, bingo, Live Casino and various other digital games. The platform is operated by PTK99's registered parent company and operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

PTK99's scope of services includes, but is not limited to: access to the game catalogue, user account management system, integrated payment platform, bonus and promotions programme, customer support, and responsible gaming features. All these services are subject to the terms and conditions stated in this document.

PTK99 reserves the right to add, modify or withdraw any service at any time without prior notice, particularly when required for technical, legal or business reasons. PTK99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such changes or suspension of services.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the PTK99 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

PTK99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of identity cards, passports, bank statements or other supporting documents deemed necessary. Failure to comply with KYC requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

3 Registration, Account & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at PTK99 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated winnings or balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account details current. PTK99 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

• Passwords must contain at least eight (8) characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.
• Report to PTK99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Always log out completely from your account when you have finished using a shared device.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

PTK99 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, online banking from all major banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other approved digital payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

• Any attempt to process payments using an unapproved method or under another person's name will result in the transaction being rejected.

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat the system, manipulate games, or exploit software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using PTK99 as a channel to manage or conceal proceeds from illegal activities is a serious criminal offence under Malaysian law.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account, whether directly or through another person, is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Manipulating the bonus system through hedge betting, use of multiple accounts or any improper strategy is strictly prohibited.
• Technical Disruption: Using third-party software, automated bots or any tools designed to interfere with the platform's operations.
• Harmful Content: Distributing unlawful, threatening, abusive or harmful content to other users through the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

PTK99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, breaches of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements or at the request of the appropriate authorities.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, PTK99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements. Legitimate cash balances (non-bonus) will be returned to you once the investigation is complete and no misconduct is proven, subject to any deductions relating to winnings obtained through illegitimate means.

Users also have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the PTK99 customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and there are no outstanding matters in your account.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

PTK99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or faults.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PTK99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive losses arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the platform, even if PTK99 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

• PTK99 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the user's end.
• PTK99 does not bear responsibility for financial losses incurred by users during normal gaming activity.
• PTK99's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

PTK99 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address or a prominent in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
